The company, currently based in the Northwest section of Washington, DC, plans to move into the new facility by the end of 2000. OPNET, with offices throughout the United States, has approximately 150 employees in its Washington-area headquarters. The new building will include retail shops at street level, a movie theater below ground, and commercial office space on the second floor.
