Basic understanding of networks and network applications.
Course Description:
Through labs and lecture, this course teaches you the fundamentals of using IT Netcop and SP Netcop. You will learn how to use Netcop to visualize your topology, configuration, traffic, and status of your network, and identify and troubleshoot critical issues. You will learn how to configure Netcop to automatically respond to network events, and view the reports generated by Netcop.
